Versatile, delicious, and addictive. It is HOT, but also absolutely chock-full of smokey, complex flavor so a little goes a long way, not that I ever use just a little anymore. I've gone through one bottle since Christmas and immediately bought two more, because I already know the second one isn't going to last more than a month and I'm trying to save on shipping here. Highly recommend on breakfast burritos, chili, pizza, literally whatever. I think I even put it on plain rice one time and it was awesome.
